2017 Children's Coding Classes Registration
- The tuition balance is due no later than Thursday, September 1st, 2016.
- It is understood that no part of the tuition fee will be refunded after Thursday, September 1st, 2016.
- It is understood that classes may not be substituted due to illness or any other absence.
- I hereby grant permission to use any photograph, film or other image for promotional purposes, including but not limited to brochures, DVDs, our website and Facebook page and other online postings.
- Binding Arbitration – I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, arising out of or referring to the subject matter of this contract shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York, according to the then existing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association and the substantive laws of the state of New York.
- In no event shall My Spectrum School, their officers, directors, employees, family members, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever.
- My Spectrum School's website and its contents and its programs are provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind.
- My Spectrum School reserves the rights to change these terms at any time.
