Dr. Linda D'Agostino has extensive years of experience teaching gifted and talented education and implementing multi-criteria gifted assessment for children ages 3-12. As a per diem substitute teacher of Manhasset Public Elementary Schools, she taught Kindergarten to Grade 4 students while applying the New York State Common Core Learning Standards. Linda successfully created and directed Amityville Elementary Public School Long Island gifted program for students Grade 1 through Grade 5. Linda holds a Doctorate of Education degree from Columbia University and studied under Dr. James Borland and Dr. Abraham Tannenbaum. She also earned a Master of Education degree from Columbia University and two Master of Science degrees in Education from Long Island University, CW Post. In addition, Linda attends and participates in Harvard University plenaries, institutes, and discussions with Dr. Howard Gardner, Dr. David Perkins, and other scholars.
